Celebrated Halloween 2012 at a luncheon hosted by my clients at Financial Marketing Solutions. We painted pumpkins. The design on mine was inspired by my favorite pair of skull Vans.

Open House weekends project

I got the chance to wear both my writing and design hats in this recent project for The Tennessean. I designed the logo to promote two open house weekends in April, hosted by the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. The project included yard signs, web graphics, print ads as well as some writing work—radio scripts and promotional materials.

This gorgeous kitten is one of six babies that showed up with their mom at my parents’ house in Kentucky. We are currently finding homes for these beautiful babies!

On my last trip to Madisonville, we saw some very cool vintage hearses outside a gas station. This is a Packard Henney model, probably from the late 1930s.
